Visitor Shotgun Permit

If you or any of your guests are travelling from overseas and do not have a UK license but would like to bring guns into the UK, or hire them, they MUST submit
a Visitor Shotgun Permit (VSP) application form.

Permits can be issued for up to 1 year to allow flexibility and repeat visits.

Insurances

Third Party Liability Insurance is a requirement that all guns must have with a minimum cover of £5 million.

Bad Weather Insurance is optional but we do highly recommend that you insure your days against bad weather and we can do this for you. It generally costs between 4 – 5% of the cost per day. If your day is cancelled due to bad weather and you are not insured then sadly you will not be eligible for a refund.

The Process

We will be pleased to prepare and submit all of your documentation to the relevant authorities in order for your trip to run smoothly.Our experience and expertise in this department means that we will ensure everything is completed correctly and issued within good time of your arrival.

Please note time frames for that we advise a Visitor Shotgun Permit to be completed at least THREE months prior to the shoot.

Third Party Liability Insurance MUST be completed 30 days prior the shoot date.

If you have opted for Bad Weather insurance this MUST be completed 30 days prior to the shoot date.
